QUADPAD, extremely accurate gamepad overlay

This is a gamepad overlay I recently developed as an alternative to my other overlay RGPAD. While the latter remains a more complete overlay and includes a variety of special layouts, QUADPAD focuses on ease of use and high control precision as its strengths.

QUADPAD is very lightweight, occupying only a small portion of the screen so it never obstructs gameplay and has all the necessary buttons in a single screen.

QUADPAD features extremely accurate controls, I’ve spent a lot of time optimizing the controls to make them as precise as possible. About this, QUADPAD doesn’t use the “area” functions of RetroArch (”dpad area” and “abxy area”) because, although these greatly simplify the creation of gamepad overlays, they have some drawbacks. For example, they do not allow to “slide” your finger back to the neutral center position on the D-pad during gameplay and, in some games like driving games, this can be quite frustrating, as it means the only way to stop steering is to lift your finger off the D-pad… By using QUADPAD you will be able to play all your favourite games with no drawbacks, just like you were using a physical pad.

That’s all, hope you enjoy my work!
