is there a plan to implement a Sega Dreamcast emulator? Reicast is a good way because it is multiplatform.
Reicast doesn’t have proper support for x86 or x86_64 yet, I’m sure when it does it will become a more interesting prospect for being ported to libretro.
I fail to see why there’s a need to fund this, especially after reading stuff like this: https://github.com/reicast/reicast-emulator/issues/455

Progress regarding Dreamcast emulation is more than welcome, but I’m not sure if this is the kind of project that one should invest money in. Also, begging for money on reddit is not cool yo.
