Removing scanlines from CRT-Geom Halation

Nope it wasn’t working. Just try the current crt-geom from repo for a game with a resolution above 400p (cruisin usa in mame, any X68K boot sequence in MESS…) and the interlaced switch off. You’ll see the image is bugged with past code (like I mentioned it 3 posts above).

The working Interlaced switch was in an old version of CGWG crt shader with a different code, and less geometry options.
