Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I was wondering (hoping) if there were plans to implement BennuGD (http://www.bennugd.org), specifically to be able to run Streets of Rage Remake (http://www.bombergames.net/sorr_project/) on Android…
From what I’ve read, it could run much like NXEngine for Cave Story.
Streets of Rage Remake is absolutely amazing, and well, you dont ask you dont get

I too would love a port of SORR to Libretro. Joseba has been working on a port of BennuGD to Android and posted in our forums recently enough.

It looks like he’s concentrating on bennugd rather than sorr. Has he confirmed anything else about porting it?
Playing sorr on my shield would make my life complete lol!
Well if he can port the language then games made with it should work.
I received a message back from Jose. He’s actively trying to get SORRv5 working but hit an issue. Hopefully he can fix it.
