The problem is this: you cant (at least, in my pc) use Wimp and FULL Screen libretro (with DX11 driver). Libretro stays on top, you can see a “double mouse pointer” but cant see wimp. If you use WINDOWED libretro, you can use Wimp with no problems, but when you load a game you have to set fullscreen the game manually.
