Running Lakka on XU4 EMMC

Hi everyone,

I’m pretty new to Lakka and I fear I might have just made a huge mistake… I just purchased an EMMC card through Ameridroid for my Odroid XU4 for the purpose of running Lakka. However, the more I’m starting to read, the more I’m afraid this might not be possible.

Is there a dedicated image for the XU4 to install/run Lakka on an EMMC? Or is this something that’s only possible on a SD card?

Okay, so I flashed the img file to my EMMC using the SD card adapter and Win32. Looks like that worked. Popped the EMMC onto my XU4, followed the First Book instructions and no video seems to be displaying on my TV. I do, however, have a solid blue light on my board. Does the solid blue just mean that it’s still in the process of unpacking and I should just wait for that to finish?

Any other ideas? Am I missing any steps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have and I am probably way more confused now than before. So I completely reformatted my HardKernel EMMC. Would I need to reimage u-boot back on to it to make it work?
