Scummvm auto load game

Hi, im having some problems with scummvm core

The first problem, is… how to load a game from command line? using the GUI the games are working ok, but i want to use the command line

I google and found this http://libretro.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4544

I create a file with the game name (monkay-ega for example), and do … retroarch -L scummvm.core “file”

But always open the GUI, never the game

Second question… the scummvm GUI is restricted to retroarch folder? i cant add games that are outside retroarch folder… the GUI explorer dont allow me

Im using retroarch in windows

Thanks

The command line doesn’t work for now, it should be fixed soon.

You should be able to add games outside retroarch folder.

Hi thanks for reply, good to know is a problem and will be fixed… specially because i was getting crazy trying stuff without luck… jeje

About games outside retroarch folder, the problem is that retroarch GUI never “GO UP” … i take a picture because i dont know how to express in words… in normal scummvm, if i press Go Up, i will go up until the root of my disk (C:, D:, etc) but in retroarch, look like the “root folder” is retroarch folder

Even if i click Go Up, this is the “top”

Hi guys, someone else tested the scummvm core, and have same problem?

I tested in two different computers, i cant add games outside retroarch folder

Another question, how to configure MT-32 in scummvm core? it dont detect munt, and even if i put the roland roms in bios/main/etc folder, never work

Thanks a lot

I was having the same problem today on my pc. I fixed it by manually editing the scummvm.ini file and entering the path where all my scummvm games are. The ini file is generated in the system folder. Hope it helps
