ScummVM: can't find "themes" or "extras" directories

Hey guys! The ScummVM documentation talks about a lot of cool things you can enable if you point the ScummVM options to the “themes” and “extras” directories:

"Press the ‘Theme Path:’ button and navigate to the RetroArch system directory. Enter the scummvm/theme/ folder and press the ‘Choose’ button.

Press the ‘Extra Path:’ button and navigate to the RetroArch system directory. Enter the scummvm/extra/ folder and press the ‘Choose’ button."

Neither of these folders exist anywhere on my computer. Where can I find them?

Worked around the issue: I grabbed the files I needed by installing ScummVM proper, and by finding them online, respectively.
