Strange Chrono Trigger sound bug and desync in bsnes v115 core

Hello!!

I’ve noticed that strange/wrong sounds and wrong instrument fragments appear while background music is playing with desynchronisations between scenes and music in Chrono Trigger (more noticeable at the intro credits sequence of the title screen). I have the Cubic Interpolation and all HLE/hack options turned off (in fact, the bug is more noticeable with PPU Fast Mode and PPU Deinterlace options turned on). This only occurs in the current bsnes v115 core (no sound or desync bugs in the current Mesen-S, snes9x, bsnes Mercury v0.94 and the bsnes v115 standalone emu).

I found the problem: overcloking option is set to 130% (some games have issues or glitchs with overclocking). Sorry for the false alarm and tanks!!
