I’m using Bsnes balanced mercury. Libretro docs say it should work from gui, core info says only from commandline. It’s unclear from the info I find what’s outdated and what isn’t.
Does SGB work with gui with this core? others?

when you load the core, it should reveal the ‘subsystem’ menu on the main menu, which lists ‘load super gameboy’ as one of the options.
I’ve seen that, I just don’t get the loading procedure. According to the docs I should be able to select the Super Game Boy sfc. rom, but I can’t select that after loading a Game Boy rom through the Super Game Boy subsystem option.
The procedure in this video should work:
I don’t think it’s supposed to be all glitchy like that, though… I think having rewind on will do it, though.
Appreciate your effort, but the part at 2:55 is not working for me.I got some very confusing results here, but the logs don’t tell of any errors as far as I can see. Maybe I’ll try it later again, standard BSNES won’t currently load at all for me, I 've reported on github.
