Super Scope/Zapper and Mouse on Nes and SNES Cores?

I been trying to find out how I can get them Working on the Cores but Can’t find Where.

Can I please have some Help.

I am using Windows 64 Bit 1.7.5 Stable Retroarch

Last time I tested: -For NES I was previously using FCEUmm core for lightgun games. Since some weeks ago, the gun trigger stopped working. SDo I switched to Mesen core. Unfortunately, the mesen core does not have a crosshair, so you’ll have to use your mouse pointer to know where are you aiming to. -For SNES, I use bsnes mercurt balanced core. The only problem is the movement is extremely sensitive and it is a bit too hard to aim because of this. I think it’s too fast because it uses the mouse api instead of the pointer api, but not sure.

In both cases you’ll have to set the emulated controller to zapper and superscope for it to work.

Thanks. I will try that out when I am on RetroArch Next.

So would Keyboard/Controller/Mouse work on Zapper and Superscope?

Movement and shot are hardcoded to your mouse device, at least on mesen. On bsnes-mercury movement is also hardcoded to your mouse, I’m not sure about the shot button, but I think it’s also hardcoded to ypur mouse left button.

Mesen Worked with Zapper Fine.

But SNES Core’s where Useless with Superscope.

Arrow and Aim where Miles Off and could not find the Fire Button.

Mouse also did nothing and same Issue
