Two bugs with 4do core

Hi I’ve noticed two bugs with 4do core:

  1. Crash’ n burn doesn’t works correctly, whereas it’s fixed in a more recent version of main 4do https://github.com/libretro/4do-libretro/issues/18

  2. vsync doesn’t works, you can see tearing particulary on Captain Quazar https://github.com/libretro/4do-libretro/issues/8

Could it be possible to fix them?

I can confirm both issues.

Crash & Burn gets stuck to the initial preview/demo and loops without ever loading the main game.

All games suffer from screen tearing but i think this issue exist on the standalone as well.
