Sorry to revive an old thread, but I took the Clean Sweep overlay (from the libretro github linked above) and a good scan of a Mr. Boston overlay, and created the attached. Hope the mods discover this and add this to the collection. For a game as rare as Mr. Boston, I felt it deserved the right touch. If anyone feels this can be improved even further, feel free to share it!
