Virtual Boy Core Crash Under Vulkan

When loading a game under the vulkan backend, the virtualboy core crashes retroarch instantly every time.

No problem here. Having rewind enabled will give you a black screen but it shouldn’t crash. Can you post a log?

I loaded up vulkan again and saved and quit retroarch. Then I restarted. No shaders were loaded for the game. This happens:

Then I loaded shaders and loaded the game from the xmb. Same crash. Then I load shaders, save shaders, and load the game from the load content section. No crash. But then I quit and loaded back from the xmb, game now works but the I pressed close and the emu crashed again.

Then I just loaded up virtualboy and started the game and it crashed again. So I loaded it up again and then and set up the shaders again because it seemed that my preset was deleted for some reason even though I just did it. So I reset it up from the game from the xmb and saved the preset for the shader for the core. Crashed again. Then I restarted vb core again now it works. Wut!?

So I retart and do it one more time and it crashes :stuck_out_tongue:
Opengl backend seems fine.

Made new post because site is not loading up replay. Site is super slow for some reason and I just got a gateway error :stuck_out_tongue:

But, I loaded it up from the load content section, and it works everytime! Meanwhile in opengl, it plays all games from the xmb just fine everytime.

Having similar issues with desmume, genesis plus gx, ppsspp, and mednafen ps1 core which may or may not be related.

Rewind is off.
