When to expect 3DS (Citra) Core Vulkan update?

^^ Seems like Citra received a Vulkan update in september 2023.

What are the chances that the Vulkan update for Citra will come to the Libretro Citra core?

I just tested StarFox 64 3D on the Vulkan build and performance still sucks, so never mind then.

lol in any event, there’s no one actively working on it on our end, but it’s something we’re interested in if for no other reason than it will make citra-libretro usable on Apple devices.
