Win64 and Android Test Builds

Thanks for mentioning, it’s been fixed that’s great.

The devs deserve all the thanks, if you look at the commit log they’ve been very busy.

RetroArch-Win64-2013-12-26.zip

Legend of Zelda - Majora’s Mask: In default settings glide64 640x480 the intro works fine when I change the resolution to 1280x960, only the Nintendo logo works fine. Everything else is black. When I change back to 640x480, it works fine again. With 0.9.9.6 it also works in 1280x960

Thank you for the great development and happy new year.

Pushed a fix for this. I’m expecting this issue to be resolved on your end.

Win64: Updated: RetroArch, Mupen64plus

Noteable updates: A lot of updates to Mupen64plus, if you use Mupen64plus and haven’t updated in a while, you should update to this one.

The mupen64plus core runs very nice but how do I get the glide64 plugin to work?

You need to go to core options and enable it there

I did that already all i get is black screen. If it helps i did put glide64mk2.ini in my system folder.

Win64: Updated: RetroArch, BSNES, FinalBurnAlpha, Gambatte, GensPlusGX, Mednafen, Mupen64Plus, Nestopia, NX Engine, Picodrive, PrBoom, S9x Next, Stella, TyrQuake, VBA Next Added: TGBDual

NOTE: For best results with Android port, be sure to uninstall previous version before installing newer versions.

The compile script for TGBDual leaves it named tgbdual_libretro.so. On my Win64 compile it did compile it correctly but I had to manually rename it to tgbdual_libretro.dll and it tested fine.

Also, I don’t know if I am doing anything wrong with the MAME2003 compile but to get it to compile for Android I have to change AR/CC/LD for their appropriate ARM versions. I created my own ‘if def’ to make the appropriate changes but put a reminder in my compile script.

@jrock3324, I just tried with the Android port and RetroArch crashed back to RGUI.

Anyone ever compiled the scummVM core? I can’t get joystick support to work with scummvm official, so this would be a solution for me.

Like my last post, in Banjo Kazooie the screen is just black in 1280x960. In 640x480 eveything is fine. Tested with RetroArch-2014-01-02 PC version.

EDIT: … wait… Majoras Mask also don’t work anymore again. But it was fixed in 28th december build.

I just downloaded the latest win64 build but it quits immediately

Edit: I’m using Win 8.1 64bit if that helps

I asked Squarepusher about this and he said he uses a standalone android toolchain that overrides all that stuff automatically, but he can add it to the official makefile(s) if you send a pull request.

Windows mega pack archives are being downloaded as corrupted zip files. Just thought I’d let you guys know. No extracting software extracts them, all yield an invalid file error.

Reuploaded them both. Try again.

Still giving me the error. I know this is frustrating, I just don’t know why it keeps giving me the error message.

Please don’t cross-post the same issues, we are fixing stuff atm and it’s hard to track stuff down if you do so
