I am just curious if there is or will be any cores in the near future for Xbox and Xbox 360 emulation?
No plans right now. There are not any portable, stable (as in, far enough along in development to not have to constantly re-work the hypothetical libretro-ization) emulators for either platform.

that one, unfortunately, depends on Windows/WINE, making it not a great target for us.
