How to run Lakka on Banana Pi M3?

Hi all.

I’m trying to run Lakka on Banana Pi M3, but to no success, all I got is a red led.

I’m suspecting its a compatibility issue, even with both official sites (Lakka and bpi) stating its works.

I can run Ubuntu and Android on the bpi, but not Lakka. Tried installing on the eMMC, different SD cards, different image versions, messing with the bootloader script, I even compiled a image myself but got nothing but a red led.

Is Lakka really compatible with the BPi-M3 or am I missing something?
