32 bits Lakka or 64 bits Lakka?

Hi,

I want to install Lakka on this PC: [ul] [li]AMD Athlon 64 X2 3000+[/li][li]512 MB RAM DDR400 CL3, 2T Single Channel 64-bits[/li][li]NVIDIA GeForce FX5500[/li][li]2 HDD’s - 80 GB and 160 GB[/li][/ul]

Which version of Lakka should I download & install? 32 bits or 64 bits? Also, my PC has 2 Hard-Disks. Which one should I use to install Lakka?

Thank you!

That is very similar to the specs of one of my Lakka systems, which runs the 64 bit edition well.

The biggest difference between your hardware and mine is that I have 4GB of RAM compared to your 512MB. Assuming that 512MB is enough memory (I’m not sure that it will be), I would suggest using either the simplified “ribbon” graphics for the menu, or disabling the ribbon altogether. I could not get the full ribbon graphics to run smoothly with my comparable CPU and GPU.

I’d also suggest installing Lakka onto the larger hard drive to keep things simple.
