About the I386.ver setup

Hello My cpu is Core 2 Quad Q9550.It working fine on Lakka-Generic.x86_64-2.0.I try to setup the i386.ver.But when i input “installer” and hit enter.The screen turned black and can’t go on.what should I do?

OK.I find the problem.The installation package on the downpage was a damaged one.I got Lakka-Generic.i386-devel-20161221183902-r21729-g274b40f version from archive libraries and installed successfully.

Hope developer can fix it quick.

Is it possible to test this image as I have enabled CONFIG_JOYSTICK_GAMECON ?

Try to boot with

live ssh

So that you can try to get some Lakka system log and dmesg output.

If it still doesn’t work we may have to wait the release of kernel 4.12 as they added support for PlayStation 1/2 joypads connected via SPI.

But now there is another problem,After each shutdown or restart,I’ll need to type the command(modprobe gamecon map=0,7,0,0,0,0) again in SSH before I can use it.How will this problem be solved?

Could somebody please help me as I’m a beginner so could someone please tell me or point me to a video of how to install dreamcast on my lakka on my raspberry 3 as I’ve downloaded it but can’t get the games to work but dunno if I downloaded it correct from box or if I had to do it another way as heard something about bios etc but really need a simple guide to do it on my lakka so I can download other systems many thanks

Dreamcast emulation doesn’t work on ARM at all, and definitely not on RPis, which are too weak for it.
