About the I386.ver setup

You mean two of them working on XP right ?

Sorry for my poor Engish.I use Machine Translation. Yes,Two of them work fine on WinXPļ¼ˆSame computerļ¼‰. But on Lakka only the pad 1 can be used. The Analog light on the pad 2 is bright.Indicates that it is already connected. However, on the binding settings interface, the button on the pad 2 is unresponsive(the pad 1 is normal).Even I can use the pad 1 to set the userā€™s two button setting, but the pad 2 is just not available.

It looks like I have the same problem of ā€œ8Bitdo nes30 pro two port issueā€

Settings Tab > Input > Input User 2 Binds > User 2 Device Index and press Right, you should be able to change device ?

HI,Gouchi I find the problem! My adapter is similar to this one: The 2P position on it is not in the Pad2 position.Itā€™s in the Pad4 position. So the command that specifies the location of the Pad and the model becomes:Modprobe gamecon map=0,7,0,0,7,0 Now the two Pads work perfectly!I can now play arcade fighting games with my old friends! Thank you very muchļ¼ļ¼

Oh, by the way, I saw this article today:

Is there a way to make it work on the computer? If possible, I should be able to send 480i signals to my CRT TV!

No problem glad you make it works !

It is for RPi so I donā€™t know.

HELLO Gouchi Itā€™s me again.I have trouble with you this time. The problem is this: Since 8400GS was loaded with filters and 4X shaders, it was very fluid, so I robbed my friendā€™s HD4850 video card back. But with a new video card, I found that the I386 version of Lakka could not be started, and the picture after the title was in a black screen. And I changed the X86_64 version, there is no such problem. However, the X86_64 version does not have Gamecon drivers available. And last time you said you could open the port of X86_64, Iā€™d like you to send me a mirror that can be used. Thank you very muchļ¼

PS:Whatā€™s the difference between the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version?

Can you make a test with Lakka 2.1 rc1 ?

We try to have the same configuration with the 32 and 64 bit version but there is maybe some delta.

Thank you.

OK, let me have a try. Thank you very muchļ¼

After a week of testing, I found the following problems with the new version of RC1: 1:AMDā€™s HD1, 2, 3, and 4 series GPU all black screen at startup. (AMD, I only have these models on hand.)Nvidia and INTEL do not have this problem. 2:RC1 version has built-in Gamecon, but the default does not open the Map, you need to manually add Autostart.sh. There is no button configuration file with built-in PSX, and you also need to configure your own buttons. And the RC1 version, whether itā€™s USB or LPT, has problems with the controller that controls the menu when you configure the key position. 3: Chinese menu, still need to add their own font, the word ā€œmissingā€ phenomenon still exists.

  1. Same issue if you use Lakka 2.1 rc2 ? Can you try to reset retroarch.cfg ?

  2. Yes you need to configure gamecon module with autostart.sh. You should have to configure your controller just one time. Same result with RC2 ?

  3. For full support of chinese you need to add your font. If I remember correctly it should be fixed now. (Go to Settings Tab > User Interface > Menu > Menu font). You may have to enable Show Advanced Settings via Settings Tab > User Interface > Show Advanced Settings.

Thank you for your testing.

Hi Gouchi That RC2 download link is a X86_64 version of the document, it works in AMDā€™s HD display chip is very normal, that is, there is no built-in GAMECON driver. ę–‡å—ē¼©čæ› 4 ę ¼ =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~= PuTTY log 2017.06.16 23:21:04 =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~= login as: root [email protected]ā€™s password: ###########################################

So if I understand correctly i386 is not working with AMD graphic card but is working x86_64 version ?

As I donā€™t have AMD graphic card, for now I will try to enable gamecon module to x86_64 also. It should be available to next update rc3.

Lakka 2.1 RC3 is available so you can try the x86_64 version.

Oh, RC3 has been released! Thank you, gouchi. Iā€™ll try it right away.

The X86_64 version that looks like RC3 doesnā€™t have a Gamecon module in it.

Strange because it has been enabledā€¦

Hello Gouchi The X86_64 2.1 RC5 version looks still doesnā€™t have a Gamecon module in it.

Hi,

Thank you for the report.

It seems the kernel configuration was updated and we forgot to enable gamecon module.

We enabled it again and it will be in Lakka 2.1 rc6.

Hi, Since the release of RC6, Iā€™ve tried 32 bit and 64 bit versions, please look at it:

32 bit version of GAMECON driver loading everything is normal, but the 64 version since RC1 until now RC6 has been unable to load. Can I add the driver module manually in the 64 bit version?

I reproduce the issue for x86_64. I will try to compile latest x86_64 image to make a test.

I think it is because CONFIG_PARPORT is not enabled for x86_64.
