Bind a key to controller button with C64/amiga emulators in lakka

Hi, just was wondering whether, as title says, might be even possible bind a virtual keyboard key to a controller button for emulating various key such as space, with the c64/amiga emulators cores provided in lakka. It’s be achievable via retroarch GUI or go to command line interface (CLI)?

Core options > RetroPad Mapping Options. Space is already mapped by default.
