Does anyone know how to run pong arcade within retroarch? I’ve go the GBA 3 in 1 version but for some reason i can’t load my arcade preset for that…i’ll keep looking through the files as to why. Sorted it

God knows how you get the arcade version of this working 
I could never get it running properly either. It was always glitchy and choppy.

For Pong? Don’t want to derail, but maybe it’s the file I’m using? I’m running MAME current and all other games run full speed but Pong is all choppy.

For MAME current… all you need is an empty text file named pong.zip.
That being said… I highly recommend using the new DICE core with the pong.dmy dummy file.
