Can't Connect to Pi 3 LAKKA from Windows 10

I have a Pi 3 running LAKKA connected with Ethernet to my router.

From LAKKA Information Menu, the IP is 192.168.1.166.

I can Ping it from Windows CMD, but it does not show up on Windows Networking.
I can’t access it from Explorer, so I can’t get to the SD card’s File System to add games.

Do you have any firewalls or antivirus that could be interfering

I’m using ESET. It’s found on the ESET Network scan.

I disabled the Firewall but still cannot connect.

Do you have a phone or something else that can connect so we can work out whether its a problem with the pi or the pc.

I have a phone connected to Wifi, IP 192.168.1.164

When I ping it I get request time out.

May sound like a silly question but do you have Samba turned on under the Services section in Lakka?

You know whats strange the same thing started happening to me :hushed: do you know a fix?

Let me know if this works

Main Menu → Settings → Services → SAMBA Enable

Yeah when I do that it still doesn’t connect also if I disable it it turns itself back on on reboot I have already tried to reinstall lakka with no success

In my experience, windows tends to be a little funny about making connections, even with SMB which is it’s native networking protocol, when it isn’t a secure connection. I find that inputting in the address bar of explorer.exe (the default file manager fyi) \\IPADDRESSTOPIHERE (In Wyzrd’s case, \\192.168.1.166) tends to work pretty quickly. give that a shot.
