Change Timezone from UI

After searching a method to change Timezone I only find this way:

I think it would be great if a UI option would be added to Lakka, because some of my friends have basic computer skills to change things by terminal, but they love Lakka.

Is there any intention to do something like this?

Should this be RetroArch functionality? Or should it be from Lakka? Since the only solution I found was in the Lakka Wiki.

Lakka is using RetroArch but it should be an RA option only available for Lakka and/or Linux distribution.
