Configure 6 button Sega controller and Snes controller on lakka

Hey Guys

so i am new to Lakka and still pretty much a linux noob so go easy on me

So i have the two controllers in the pictures attached. i want to be able to use the sega controlloer for sega games and the snes controller for snes and nes games. i had a look at the input settings and Lakka seems to be setup for more of a xbox 360 style controller with the “type” of buttons. when i plug the controllers in only some buttons work.

is it possible to configure these controllers to behave as they should and if so how?

it would be awesome if it is possible and any help would be appreciated  thanks guys

Hi,

When you plugged them, did you see a yellow text (check Basic Controller Configuration pictures) at the left bottom of the screen ? It should tell you if it is already supported or not.

If not, you can try to bind them via Settings Tab > Input > Input User 1 Bind > User 1 Bind All.

You can check here for the retropad mapping buttons.

Gouchi Awesome just tried it with the sega pad and worked a treat!!! would i then configure the snes as input user 2 bind? also will it auto store for that controller or how do i save the config?

Sure Settings Tab > Input > Input User 2 Bind > User 2 Bind All then you can save it with User 2 Save Autoconfig.
