Configuring controllers per system using a Bliss-Box 4-Play

I got a Bliss-Box 4-Play from the kickstarter, and I’m finally trying to use it in lakka. I want to set it up so each emulator uses the correct controller (NES emulator uses NES controller, etc). I can’t find any info for setting this up, though. I looked in the lakka documentation for tips, but couldn’t find anything to help me. The section on input (autoconfig) says it is now obsolete, and it can be done in the GUI, but I don’t see a way to select the bliss box anywhere. I’m on the latest nightly, if that helps.

Lakka isn’t showing me a system message that my controller is connected when I plug it in.

Has anyone else had any luck setting up individual controllers for each emulator this way?

hmmm none of use has a bliss box so it’s hard to tell.

  • Does it present the controllers as HID devices? (you can check with lsusb I think)
  • Do all the controllers show up with the same name?
  • Does it expose different VID/PID for different controllers?
