Does the kernel limit the storage partition to fat32?

I use Lakka version 2.2.2 x86 x64. I hope I can manage ROM easily. So I format the partition storage into FAT32 manually and start UUID changed. I can successfully guide to lakka. Lakka also creates directory automatically. But Lakka can’t work properly, and the interface becomes another interface (only a few simple ones). Menu). How did that happen?
