First time Lakka user needs help

I set up an old PC I had in my closet with Lakka, loaded up some roms, and then connected it to my TV to test. Games are working fine, but I was not getting any sound (connected through hdmi). I brought the Lakka machine back to my office to see if I could fix this and now it will not connect to the network. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated on first the network issue and also the sound issue.

My machine: Gateway, AMD Dual Core E1-1500 APU with Radeon HD7310 Graphics, 500Gb Hard Drive, 6Gb DDR3 Ram, Integrated LAN 10/100/1000

I’m not aware of any reason why it would fail to connect to the network but perhaps someone else will be able to help.

I went through the audio settings while it was connected to the television, but no audio devices showed up unfortunately. In order to do anymore troubleshooting or changes it seems that I need to be able to get to the program, which I’m not sure how to do without being on the network.

Can you check in Setting Tab > Audio that :

Audio Enable is set to ON Audio Mute is set to OFF

When you change audio device (by pressing left or right key), you see at least the audio device ?

Is it possible to get Lakka system logs ?

Audio enable is on, audio me is off.

When I go to audio device, pressing left and right does nothing. It does not show anything as audio device.

I do not know how to get the system log without being on network unfortunately.

Does your PC also have an analog headphone out or speaker out jack? If so, could you attach headphones or a speaker to see if there is sound?

I have a Zotac x64 miniPC which is stubborn about outputting audio via HDMI in Lakka but has no trouble outputting analog audio via its integrated soundcard.

I just tried the headphone jack on both front and back of the PC. Neither produces sound nor gives me an option for an audio device.
