For fun, here’s a rather pointless novelty shader that tries to jailbar dither the picture to a rough approximation of the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive’s color limitations. Should resemble the style of shoddy multi-platform ports (i.e. games NOT CALLED Ristar)
Don’t try this in Genesis/Megadrive games.
