does the Retroarch PC version requires OpenGL 2.0 or any specific GPU feature to use custom shaders? (hardware vertex/pixel shaders, T&L, etc.)
GL 2.0 is required. RetroArch uses GLSL in GL.
The Intel GMA 3600/3650 (found in most Atom Cedar Trail) has OpenGL 3.0 support, but the Windows drivers are a bit buggy. Can you guys confirm me it is able to render some shaders in Retroarch?
