HDMI Output Flashes on and off

So i finally got everything almost perfectly set up! I have set it up using HDMI out, but the video keeps flashing on and off. Any suggestions on what this might be?

Are you using Lakka 2.0 RC4 ?

First off, thanks for responding! but, Honestly i dont know, but it’s making me feel dumb not knowing… I just went to the website and downloaded the windows version. From this link here… http://www.lakka.tv/get/windows/generic/ I also went to the “update Lakka” from the GUI and it just says “no entries to display”

Did you read the link I gave you ? Because you have the link to the new build (i386 and x86_64). Please try with this build and report if you still have the issue.

Thank you for test.

Does the number in the bottom left corner of the screen indicate what version i am using? It currently says 1.3.6

This the RA version. You can’t get Lakka 2.0 update with the update Lakka. You need first to install Lakka 2.0 RC4.

RC5 has been released (i386 or x86_64 version)

Is this not installed the same was as the others? I put it on a usb stick the same way it shows me here: http://www.lakka.tv/get/windows/generic/install/

Is there a guide to installing this 2.0

By default, it will boot live mode if you want to install please type installer.

“Wait for live session to start or press for more options (installer)”

Your instructions are very vague and not very helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to help, but can you please elaborate more. Type installer? Type it where? When i followed the instructions to make the bootable USB and use it on the computer it only says “Remove disks or other media” It does not boot up like when i made the USB from the other file here “http://www.lakka.tv/get/windows/generic/

First did you succeed to burn your image on usb stick ? You may try Etcher, if you didn’t succeed with Win32DiskImager.

If yes boot to the usb stick, you will get a prompt. By default, it will boot automatically to live mode. If you want to install it just type installer.

Is it more clear ?
