How to bring back flash drive to normal

I installed lakka to 2 of my flash drives and after formating it becomes 500MB. How can I bring back the orignial partition (8GB)?.

Use Gparted from a Linux distro

In Windows I believe the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool will fix this.
