How to Download Core System Files without online updater (lakka)

Hi, i want to update my PS2 Core but i have no Online Updater.

is there a place to download the Core System Files anyway? In this case i need the “LRPS2.zip” ?

Sorry for the probably silly question, but where do I place the 7z or the .AppImage.home file to update the cores?

Unzip the 7z files in Core Folder
