In raspian when I uncomment nano /boot/config.txt I get a menu of options to uncomment and that’s were #hdmi_drive=2 is at. Where do I find this options on lakka. I’m using puddy. I type in and log in as root. Then type in nano /boot/config.txt and get a blank box with some commands in the bottom like in raspian but with out the options on top. did I miss a step?
Hi, this is what I use (copied/pasted from another topic in this forum):
mount /flash -o remount,rw cd /flash nano config.txt
You have to uncomment the last line or insert hdmi_drive=2
I’m new to this so some steps would help sorry. I have some experience in Uncommenting on raspian successfully. Tried same steps on putty for lakka but things are different when I type in nano /boot/config.txt the lines to uncomment won’t show up. If I have to just type in hdmi_drive=2 how do I save it
My steps: Use putty Log in as root:root Type in: nano /boot/config.txt
This is were I get lost- I get a black screen: so I type hdmi_drive=2, in the bottom it says save file y, n: I say y, then it says save file under new name?? What’s the new name?? Or how do I save when I type anything it says error file name not in directory…
Omg thank you that was so frustrating after your advice it finally worked thank you and goichi for all your helP! I’m so freaking happy
