How to open SSH service without entering a graphical interface?

I have been installed Lakka to the local hard disk, but when the lakka started will stay on the logo screen. Because of i cannot get into the menu interface, so can not be set to open SSH service, i see the official has said that the logo is stuck in the picture is caused by the default graphics settings and config file set matching problem. But now i can not be SSH to the host, how to modify the config? Please help me!!

Hi,

As you installed it you will need to edit syslinux configuration file and append to the cmdline ssh to enable ssh service.

thanks alot for you reply! Under your advice I have opened SSH and login to Lakka

I later looked at VGA card:

#for p in /sys/class/drm/*/status; do con=${p%/status}; echo -n "${con#*/card?-}: "; cat $p; done
  DVI-D-1: disconnected
  LVDS-1: disconnected
  SVIDEO-1: disconnected
  VGA-1: connected

And Edit the file /flash/syslinux.cfg with nano, add “video=LVDS-1:d” to the end. And reboot the lakka

Then it is still stuck on the logo screen, Unable to display the XMB interface

Did I still miss anything?

@gouchi

And there is retroarch logs

i have try to edit retroarch.cfg in a text mode and changing menu_driver = “xmb” to menu_driver = “rgui” or “glui”

it’s can work!

why not in “xmb” ?

Thank you for the logs.

Try to disable ribbon by editing the configuration file

systemctl stop retroarch
nano .config/retroarch/retroarch.cfg

and edit it with menu_shader_pipeline = "0" (ctrl+w to search, ctrl+o to save and ctrl+x to quit).

@gouchi thank you very much!

Yes, I look over the forum records to find the solution and get in. And so sorry I haven’t had time to reply to the result.

Now one more problem is the PSP games that can be run before lakka(version<=2.1) But Now it can’t be run in the lakka(version=2.1)

I’m sure I’ve loaded PSP core

The ppsspp core has been updated to follow upstream version.
