Hello, yes Lakka is not based on debian so you can’t use apt-get.
You can clone lakka git repository, and package the emulators you want using the package system of openelec, and then compile your own image.
But this require some unix skills.
i try compile libretro-super but this is the result:

how i can compile the 21 cores, i want test ppspp, mame and supergrafx in rpi2 and fb_alpha, where can find any guide or everything for compile this.
