I Use Lakka… Lakka is very good on my RPI3 and works better as RetroPI. And ya How i Can add ah “Mp3 Player” on the XMB? Mp3 Songs can play mit FFmpeg. This worked but search ah player as by Playstation3.
And my Archievments not Syncronize with my Retroacount. I am Logged in the Account (via Config) an this not work.

For audio file, with latest version of RetroArch you will have image, audio, video “playlist” : each time you are playing/seeing video, audio or image it will be added to one of the playlist automatically.
I don’t know too much about RetroAchievements setup. Maybe you can try to make a test with latest nightly ?

I use the Offical File for the Pi2/3 and have no Audio Video or so. And the arcievments dosn not work. I download your version and “Test” it
The arcievmends works now… Musik pictures not. I have createt ah audio cs whit bin/cue file… and have not this icon 
It is available in RetroArch nightly for now. When there is a new stable version (> 1.3.6), we will package it in Lakka.
Is comming in 2-3Weaks?^^ i cant not undersand why this not working… I can play Mp3… Not “AudioCD img” or Playlists =(
