Using the current stable image to install to a PC with a USB Stick and every boot comes up to the Run Installation or Run Live selection with 5 seconds to choose but it immediately freezes the system. Timer doesn’t count down, keyboard is frozen, have to power off to reboot. I have only twice got it to get past that screen and tried to run Live and it freezes shortly after that. Is this likely to be hardware issue this early in the boot process or is there something else that could cause this?
It can be a lot of things 
A good thing would be to try OpenELEC, and see if it happens too.
