Intel - Network random

I’ve got a 64-bit Intel installation which runs fine. emulators work, etc. But - it very infrequently connects to the network. I reboot it 10x + times just to get it to book to the network. I know the cable is stable, etc because I can connect any other machine there and its fine. I’m running the stable release. Should i try the nightly (which of course is tough to update if I can’t get it on the network :slight_smile: )

When it does connect to the network, i can copy, etc just fine.

Any ideas why the network connection would be unstable?

Sorry, I have no idea. On my 64 bit NUC the ethernet is very stable :confused:

I’ve attached a USB ethernet connector and its completely stable now. It was stable when I was running windows on the machine, but who knows - maybe the hardware is dying. Either way its working now.
