Hello, need serious help here! after i updated from Lakka 2.1 Rc2 to Rc3 most of my perfectly working fbalpha collection games 0.2.97.39 are not working, i noticed rc3 have fb alpha 0.2.97.40 and it is not fully compatible with previous version. so question is: since i’m not able to find a working 0.2.97.40 roms collection, how can i downgrade fbalpa from v0.2.97.40 to v0.2.97.39 in lakka rc3+? thanks
im not sure if its possible to downgrade cores in lakka, it has to be compiled together i believe…
I also notice some performance problems on PPSSPP core in my 2010 PC after the update. Some games (like Burnout Dominator) used to run fine but now are almost unplayable.
It’s possible to downgrade cores, you can place an old version of a core in the cores folder via samba.
However, the best would be to report these bugs in the FBA and PPSSPP core issue trackers on github.
personally the only problem i have with FBA is the games collection version, i have 0.2.97.39 roms, lakka 2.1rc3+ require version 0.2.97.40. that’s not a bug i think
Weird, first link when i type “0.2.97.40” (yes, without typing fba) in google is a link to a full set of fba 0.2.97.40 roms.
Anyway, no need to fill a report, fba 0.2.97.40 not being 100% compatible with a 0.2.97.39 romset is indeed not a bug.
yes i noticed that, but when i click to get it i obitain a 7 kbytes zipped file named:
“fba029739SplitArcadeOnly_201612”
that’s indeed an empty 0.2.97.39 collection
Sorry, i didn’t check in depth. I still found a full 0.2.97.40 (working) romset on the first page.
