LAKKA hangs on flower USB unmount problem

Hello,

I’ve recently changed an old laptop from windows xp pro to lubuntu 16.04. It’s a DELL latitude D400. I’m willing to create a live USB stick with LAKKA. I’ve taken the .img from the nightly updates. When I insert the USB, it hangs on the blinking flower. It seems the USB is not willing to unmount. this msg was seen when I pressed the power button after waiting a long time. The processor is an i386, 32-bit. I do not think UEFI mode is possible. Is there a way to get LAKKA running? Or is my laptop not suited for it???

thanks!

im using a acer n240 I have not used the nightly build yet but loading lakka onto the hdd has prove to work stable . the fact being the latitude you are using is usb 1.1 the usb could not run 2.0 drives in usb mode .

If its the first boot it might take a while to run live, it has to partition the USB and this can take a while. Just let it run for 20 minutes.

You are using Lakka 2.0 RC4 ?
