Lakka Live will not finish loading

This is using Lakka-Generic.x86_64-devel-20161002103858-r21593-g03241bf.img System: i7-6700, 16gb DDR4 2133mhz, GTX1060, GIGABYTE GA-H110M-A Motherboard

When I try to run the live usb drive it will hang, have tried installing it on a spare dive and it also will not boot on this machine.

It will boot on my old machine, I can take it over and it boots no issue and will play roms.

Any idea what I would be missing? I included a screen shot with logging turned on and this is where it is hanging up.

Hi,

The Nvidia card GTX 1060 (Pascal family) is supported from kernel 4.8 and we are using actually kernel 4.6.3.

So you will have to wait a little so that we update to kernel 4.8.

Any idea the timescale to get 4.8 for pascal or 4.7 for amd 480?

Any idea what the timeline is or a roadmap to kernel 4.8? I purchased an nVidia 1050 Ti for my emulator build before I learned that Pascal is not yet supported on Lakka. I am using the box with an ancient GPU for now, but I can’t run any shaders. I have read the other threads on the forum and understand the changes necessary to make the nVidia 10 series work. I just wondered if there was any time frame in mind for implementation. I have seen some threads from October and November, but nothing recently. I didn’t see a bug tracker or commit on the subject on GitHub. I know that Ubuntu has already implemented 4.8 on release builds and is up to 4.9 on the development build of Zesty Zapus. The 10 series debuted in May, so I’m sure the user base with newer GPU’s must be growing. Love Lakka and appreciate the awesome work. Thank you!
