Some of you might have seen my recent posts asking questions to fine-tune my Lakka install and capabilities. I’ve been having a blast, and I’m looking to go smaller. My first thought was to find some way to finagle something like a raspberry pi, a power source, a screen, and controller into one portable (ugly and perhaps unwieldy) device. Then it occurred to me that a perfect combination of these features would be something like a PSP or PS Vita (or perhaps even the Wii U controller that has the screen??). So my question is can Lakka be installed on a PSP or PS Vita somehow? I found a link (http://buildbot.libretro.com/stable/1.3.0/) where RetroArch could be installed on them. That’s a step in the right direction, and I might give that a shot should this prove unfeasible. But to be honest, I really like using Lakka and the whole “turning a machine into a dedicated emulator” thing :).
So, can it be done? If so, I’m guessing some jailbreaking will need to be done, a way to hopefully increase storage space, etc.
Can’t hurt to ask!
