I was curious if lakka had a release schedule, and if the lakka users were going to get any retroarch updates in the future? I wanted to help the bug tracker but if my issues were because of 1.6.9 then I would just wait.
We are still working on it but you can try nightly builds and report if there is an issue.

If i install nightly, will i be able to update to stable once released?
If the stable update is displayed , I think you can.
The version 2.1.1 should arrive shortly.
