The option video_monitor_index allows to choose a particular monitor and it is permanent if you don’t change it.
the videovideo_monitor_index setting didnt work for me. setting to 0 or 1 makes no difference next step for me is installing a complete windows and making some stress test (prime, furmark).if the new nuc-pc works under Windows without all these HARDFREEZES, i write here again.
thank you for your time
Hey everyone,
I think I found the solution to this and any other ones similar issues. The problem seems to be that this nuc model has two different video outputs, one being HDMI and the other being VGA analog. I would suggest that anyone with two video inputs desirable one of them in you bios. I disabled the vga analog and the freezing issue has seems to stop so far. Lakka seems to like only one video output. I only needed one to begin with so no sweat off my back turn off one of them.
For the nuc it’s under video in the bios. Hope this helps everyone.
Cheers
Heads up with the Intel NUCs: update your BIOS!!! I can’t state this enough for everyone, especially Linux-based Operating Systems!
Thank for your effort. But the problem has solved for me with Lakka 2.0 Update.
