It usually takes a few days for a full changelog to pop up on the news page. Either be patient or install it and find out for yourself…the later is much more satisfying.
In 2.1 RC4 it is v0.2.97.42 !

Is there any changelog available? The changelog file on github is for OpenELEC.
You can see what has changed by reading the commits on github.
There’s nothing on RC4 in the news section. Also, I just want to know the summary of changes introduced, not the full list of commits since RC3 because it does not stop at RC4. Which commit exactly was RC4?
RC3 was released 30-Jun-2017 and RC4 was released 05-Aug-2017 . If you only look at the commits between those dates it will show you what has been changed or updated.
Lakka 2.1 RC5 is almost out and more than ONE month is passed… still no changelog!!!
