Menu system wierdness

Sometimes when going back in menu’s, the menu kinda frezes in place and when navigating the menu the actuall menu goes overtop the frozen one. Anyone else has this issue with lakka and raspberry pi 2 ?

When restarting the lakka menu (eg. pressing ESC, or “Quit retroarch” from menu), it resets and is good to go again.

Also the dynamic wallpaper stops working after reboot, if i reset the directory for dynamic wallpapers it starts working again.

I have seen the phantom menu phenomena you described (x86_64 laptop). I chalk it up to a display rendering glitch and simply restart retroarch (like you do) when it happens.

I do have dynamic wallpaper working, though I made my own wallpaper directory hierarchy by copying /usr/share/retroarch-assets/wallpapers/ to a location under storage (like /storage/.config/retroarch/assets/wallpapers/), and then setting the RetroArch UI to look in that directory.

I did it because I wanted to add my own wallpapers for additional systems, but I vaguely remember the UI “forgetting” the wallpaper directory upon reboot if I specified the default location.

Thanks i copied the polarized dynamic wallpapers to /storage/.config/retroarch/assets/wallpapers/ and it seams to remember it now when i did a reboot. Thanks
