Missing info on setup of roms in Lakka

When I first came across Lakka I was reading up on how to get Final burn alpha to work in the bios and rom section of the FAQ and it said to rename a file or folder can’t remember the details. Now I have the suggested rom set and need the info on how to setup the roms so they work that section of the FAQ has been shortend and doen’t give any info on what files need to be called. I tried just putting the roms in a directory on my lakka installs roms folder but it doesn’t find them. I running the latest build for the pi2/3 on my Pi3. snes megadive nes Gameboy and pc engine all work.

Thanks for any info anyone can provide.

ok just incase someone has the same issue after renaming the folder in the roms directory it finds about half the roms when scanned. I can play the roms that are missing by loading content manually but I would like to add them to the playlist. the option to add content does nothing when selecting any of the missing roms.

Help

Please read this documentation.

“In Lakka, we recommand you to use FBA with an FBA v0.2.97.38 splitted ROM set.”

the rom set I’m using is FB Alpha 0.2.97.38 Non-Merged what the difference between splitted and non merged? I just don’t get why only a 3rd of roms don’t show up.

I have started an issue to describe this scenario and request additions to the FBA database: https://github.com/libretro/libretro…ase/issues/248
