Here is an update to my realistic arcade bezel for Paperboy. This version has animated handlebars for a more realistic look while playing the game. This new feature is in part thanks to MQC. A fan and supporter who wants to help out. I’m very appreciative of his help.

I love the work you’ve been doing on all of these arcade bezels! Phenomenal stuff.

For my own personal usage, I tried doing a little crop and rotate to apply the vertical Astro City bezel overlay to my dedicated TATE Retroarch setup. The resolution takes a bit of a hit given it being cropped substantially then reapplied to a 1080p display, but it mostly does the trick.

They look awesome!

Please take me out of my ignorance (as I googled it and could not find the right answer): from what I understand, the Blast City is a multiarcade cabinet, right? What I could not find is if there were specific games that came within this cab, or if it is just a default cab that was not produced with games inside ready to go. I want to be as accurate as possible in my setup, so would like to know (if anybody knows that is), which games came by default in this type of cab, so I can add the bezel to them.

Thanks again for your incredible work mate!

Thank you. They’re generic candy cabs made by Sega. The vendor or owner of the arcade can order them with multiple games or put in any boards that they like. There were many versions by Sega with different monitor resolutions. There are so many candy cabs made by different companies that it’s hard to keep track of them. Many are reused in Japan and some companies are still producing new ones. Arcades are still pretty big in Japan so there’s still a demand for them.
